I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I went in on a Sunday around noon. After I put in a to-go order the place went from no one in there to jammed pack. The place is not big to begin with, but several families filled in within 15 minutes of waiting for my food. The lady who took my order was extremely nice and helpful with all my questions about what I should get. The sweet and spicy chicken was amazing. The chicken was juicy and the wings had a ton of meat on them. The small order of 7 wing lasted me 2 meals. I also got a side of fried sweet potato that was perfectly fried and a great side to balance the saucy chicken. I have definitely add this to my list of places to go, and I hope to try the ramen next time.

The ramen is out of this world good. I would skip the fried sweet potato next time, but it wasn't bad. Just get full fast off ramen. Always hits the spot. Pretty small place, but nice and cozy. Service was decent.

Every time I visit Roppongi the food is amazingly consistent, fresh and hot. The music is always relaxing and quirky and everything is super clean. The service is really quick and wait staff is always friendly. I live in Huntersville and drive all the way out here to eat for lunch when I have extra time. I will pick Roppongi over most other ramen places in Charlotte!

It's my favorite ramen place. Close to my house and plenty of parking, which is always a plus for me. This location is a bit small with a few tables, so if you want to eat in during their lunch or dinner rush, you may be out of luck dining in. Their Shio ramen is definitely my favorite. Chicken broth egg, corn, noodles, sprouts all very tasteful and definitely satisfies my ramen craving. I also tried their soy garlic mild wings. Very delicious. Great crunch. It comes out hot straight from the oven, and it had a little heat kick but definitely elevated the flavor for sure! Overall, it is definitely a great ramen spot and will be coming back.

Plenty of parking near Cinemark and a wonderful Japanese-inspired ambiance inside with beautiful wood elements. We were greeted with a cheerful "Irasshaimase!" (Welcome!) and immediately felt at home in the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly throughout our meal. Shio Tsukemen: 5/5 Dipping the perfectly springy noodles into the shio broth was a delight! The broth was light yet savory, a fantastic choice for fall. The pork was charred to perfection. Melt-in-your-mouth good! The marinated egg had a rich, creamy yolk, and the bamboo shoots and seaweed complemented the dish so so beautifully. Miso Ramen: 5/5 The silky-smooth miso broth was packed with flavor. Just like the tsukemen, the pork, egg, and noodles were spot on. This is the ultimate comfort food for the cold weather. Can't wait to try their Korean fried chicken next time!

I used Uber Eats for lunch to try this spot out. I've driven past it several times over the years. I ordered a small fried chicken, Korean radish, and shrimp gyoza dumplings. I had plenty leftovers for dinner. The food was hot when I received it. I need to dine in to rate their service and try other menu items.

Yummy yummy ramen in my tummy! Quick service, authentic food. Doesn't get much better than this!

We ordered the Shio Ramen and Shio Tsukemen, and both dishes were delicious. The tsukemen, or dipping ramen, was my favorite. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful. This small restaurant located off a strip mall is a hidden gem that offers really good ramen.

Easily the best ramen restaurant in Charlotte if you want authentic Japanese Shoyu or Miso Ramen. My wife was in tears after tasting it because she gave up on finding a taste of her Japanese homeland here. The owners are serious about ramen and it shows. The Korean hot chicken(so sorry I don't remember the proper name) is tops too.

This is my favorite Ramen bar is Charlotte. I love the Spicy Miso ramen. Their miso is aged for 6 months and delivers phenomenal taste with layers of complexity. The prices are great and the ramen is always piping hot! Their wings are fantastic too.
